jolly good fun!
I spotted 2 pickpockets and one shoplifter, a sort of 'Where's Waldo?"

That organ (the Wanamaker Organ - the store now carries the "Macy's" name) is one massive theater organ! It is quite a treat to be present in the store when it is being played. To have been present for this "random act of culture" must have been priceless.

Love it!
I wish that my kids would show some random acts of culture, especially around the dinner table. Maybe my next kid will be Gay and I'll have someone to relate to.

Ur-spo: It was like a big Where's Waldo? picture. I'll have to watch it again to see if I can find Wanda.

Lemuel: A few theaters out here still have original Wurlitzers, and fortunately, we've been able to see movies with organ accompaniment: Wings and Metropolis. Nothing beats a live organ. . . . Wait, that didn't sound right.

Mark: kids and culture usually don't mix. Unless it has something to do with Twilight or Justin Bieber or Wow Wow Wubzy. At least, that's from my own experiences.

BosGuy: I want to witness a flash mob! This one would have been spectacular to see.

That looks like a movie stunt almost. People are so happy. They must have jobs.

Honestly, it would be great to take my kids here. That tree looked pretty awesome.
